I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with the care I received at Baptist South. Every aspect of my experience was top shelf, from the initial visit, to pre-op (or PACE), to the actual surgery procedure. I was never so happy to learn that my surgeon was a man of God, who even took the time to pray with me. This is my second knee replacement. I sustained extensive bruising and extreme pain as a result of the first one so you an image my apprehension this time. How wonderful it was to unwrap my dressings and find virtually no bruising. Even my pain levels have been minimal. What a difference going to the right place to begin with!
I have now been to JOI twice and both times my experience was perfect. From parking, to check in to interaction with the nurses, X-Ray tech or Dr. Kaplan himself, there was no flaw in the chain. Professional, courteous .... and also on time (go figure)!
