The doctor takes the time too listen too you. The well organization from the front desk, too the back when you are seen. Also the friendly and helpful, and caring staff.
I live in Orange Park now, and I would rather take the time too travel to JOI, because of the trust I have with them.
I had an excellent experience from start to finish. From scheduling to paperwork to interactions with the team, I felt comfortable. Dr. Smith treated me with care and confidence. He is very professional...direct and deliberate. I was very relieved to meet with him. I would recommend JOI and wish the group continued success.

Lovely receptionists who are welcoming and quick! There was basically little wait time to see the doctor. The X-ray person was pleasant. I truly am appreciative of Dr. Steinberg. He is smart, kind, and understanding. I will highly recommend this group.

Dr. Carrasquillo is very kind and listen to my concerns. Does not over medicate and understands what I am going thru and prescribes accordingly.
We had a wonderful experience from checkin to leaving. The team at the desk were nice and helpful. Dr. Solis was easily one of the nicest doctors we’ve ever met. He talked to us about what he was thinking and what the options were. My daughter, who is weary of people, liked him and interacted with him really well. He made her feel safe and listened when she spoke. He directed his questions and thoughts about what was happening with her ankle to her. When he left she said “I really like him.” Then in the same appt we got an xray and that resulted in our getting an ankle brace fitted and that was all done before we left. The xray tech and the guy who helped fit the brace were super nice and helpful walked us out. This team and this practice gets the highest recommendation I could give. Super impressive group.
Everyone is very nice and makes me feel like they are concerned with that is happening to me. Dr. Bohsali takes the time to look at my chart before he comes in the room. This mean a lot to me. He is paying attention. He also listens to what I say to him which seems rare by a doctor these days.
