Dr. Freeman and all his staff from front desk to radiology, are courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. I am basically a new person thanks to Dr. Freeman. After 12 years of first using a cane, then a walker, then an electric wheelchair just to get around because of my hip pain, I am walking device-free for the first time. I even have a little spring in my step! I am pain free now, and my depression has lifted. He fixed my hip, then my knee when it acted up after my hip replacement, then my shoulder when it did the same. Every time I'm in the office, he answers all my questions. He pauses to make sure I said everything I intended to. I can not recommend this group highly enough. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Dr. Smith and everyone at JOI is very courteous and professional. They do an excellent job and are very thorough in explaining what my diagnosis is and what treatment they propose to perform. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services.

It was easy to get a timely appointment. The office is within 15 minutes of my home, with convenient parking. The office staff was friendly and professional and Dr Hastings, who had been recommended by a friend, has an excellent, friendly manner and seems very knowledgeable.
