This was my first experience with North American Home Inspection and Alfredo Tellez. It was a pleasure working with him. Alfredo arrived on time and explained what he was going to be doing. I was representing the buyers and this was their first home purchase in over 40 years plus moving to the country. There have been many changes in the industry let alone a lifestyle change for the couple!

Alfredo was very professional and made them feel comfortable with the home they were purchasing. During the summary portion, he took his time and provided visuals so the buyers could see everything he was talking about.
