Professional, thorough inspectors, quick report turnaround. I was, however, expecting more information and quote on sewer line inspection. Inspector didn’t recommend installation of a back-up prevention device at cleanout access to alert homeowner of any future issues with the line. For the inspection price, I’d recommend a different company for a more complete inspection/report in this area.

Hi The inspecting report was lacking info on the HVAC units and pictures not clear showing the duck tape needing to be repaired showing air leaks existing in the attack space. Possibly more time mentioning the age of the systems and at the end of their useful life would have been important to my buyers. First name removed
