I like that all of my calls and questions are answered. I am a realtor and have tight schedules and date demands on the contracts for inspection completion and North American Home Services always fits me in when I am in need. The reports are easy to read and that is very helpful to me and saves me time in my day when reviewing them. It is also very helpful to my clients because they don't normally ready reports everyday so simplicity matters..
