I have worked with Mike for many years. I like the thoroughness of his work. He checks and double checks all areas involved in the inspection. Mike explains the outcome of the inspection to the buyer(s) in terms they understand and makes them feel like they can trust his expertise. I'd hire Mike Marsh to do all my home inspections if the choice was solely up to me.
