I love my instructor, Haesun! She is always so encouraging and makes me feel comfortable and confident when I need to modify a movement. I’ve only taken three classes with her so far, but I absolutely love them.

I have taken classes at Corepower, with occasional breaks, since 2010. I like the consistency of the classes. C2 and sculpt provide some variety, while C1, HPF, and Hot are tried-and-true sequences. I don't travel much, but I have had the opportunity to practice at Corepower locations in other states. It was really nice to be able to practice somewhere familiar when I was in Chicago, Denver, and O'ahu.
Josh was a great instructor, he was very friendly and gave good feedback.

Experienced instructors. Comprehensive, methodical programs and classes. Very friendly and welcoming personal. South Loop studio has a lot of light and it's a treat to take class while watching the sunrise.
Consistency
Marcus leads the best C2 FLOW classes. We knew we were in for a great class when he opened practice with "this is going to be challenging." Bring it on!

aside from the classes and teachers, i really love & appreciate jen's stellar attitude and can do abilities~ she made it really easy and pleasant to deal with some administrative stuff and had the foresight to remove any and all obstacles in the timeliest of fashion. ✨super stellar✨ it's a real rarity to have such a genuinely happy, helpful human, thank you!
