The heated body sculpt with weights class completely changed my life. I suffer from general anxiety and have a very stresfull job and after taking this class for the first time, I see the world in a completely different way. Even before I left the class, I felt all the tension and stress release from my body. The instructor was SUPER nice and helpful. He guided before the class on what to expect, helped fix my form and posture during the class, and even spoke with me after the class to see how I felt. And I felt AMAZING. Awesome classes

I love the heated C2 class. It is so energizing and always especially formatted for more advanced yogis. and all the instructors are so amazing there. You feel so welcomed upon entering the studio and the type of people that go to the studio are all so friendly. If you want a challenging class, take JQ, RJ, and Amanda. They will rock your yoga world!

I have recently lost interest in the gym but was worried I wouldn't be getting enough of a work by just attending yoga. CPY has exceeded my expectations of a work out and I am confident that I am getting the workout i need and more by attending classes at CPY.

Love the heat, music, variety of types of yoga and most of all I love that the classes are one hour they fit perfectly into my busy schedule. The clean studios, locker rooms and showers are a bonus.

The staff is very positive and friendly, and most importantly, easy to understand.

I'm impressed with the teachers, and the style of teaching and with the way the studio is run. And, everybody is so friendly which makes
it nice to just be there.

Corepower and it's staff are so genuinely inviting and approachable. They bring an accessibility to yoga that allows anyone at any level to feel like they have a safe place to learn and practice. Personally, Corepower taught me love yoga and yoga taught me to love myself.

The types of yoga you offer is very unique. Especially the sculpting classes. You can get your Yoga fix and your cardio fix. Amazing.

I didn't think that I would ever enjoy yoga, yet alone in a heated room. The first experience I had at Marie K's yoga sculpt class immediately got me hooked. The way this studio practices yoga for people of all levels is encouraging & made me feel comfortable to know that I didn't have to be very experienced to take the class. I found that yoga sculpt challenged me physically & brought focus to me mentally as well. Offering the free week of classes allowed me to try out many instructors & see who & what worked best for me. I go regularly now & it's become my happy place. A place where I can try this new workout that I'm looking forward to growing stronger in. The studio is so clean & beautiful also , with great energy from everyone who works there.

I like the consistency of the classes - although, it would be nice during yoga play time, in C1, to switch poses everyone month - everyone's friendly smiles, and the guidance into getting into the best positions.

Everyone knows who you are and cares about doing a good job - I appreciate that. They know yoga/how different bodies react and are always there to help if needed at all! Also, the products you sell are really cool!
