I would be more interested in become a yoga instructor if CPY employed those that successfully completed to program and if starting salary was known.
Also, the gentleman that instructed yesterdays 09:30 heated weight class spoke to quickly and was difficult to understand, making the movements between each pose less relaxing and "fluid like".

The facility is immaculate and very accommodating, the instructor was phenomenal and the program was a perfect blend of diff types of yoga I enjoy.

On top of that, every teacher brings their own personal beauty in each class and are all inspiring individuals. I brag about this place to everyone who knows me. Hands down 10!!!!! Love you guys :)

Diversity of classes, clean and nurturing environment
I've only taken 3 classes, but the teachers have been amazing so far. I love how the classes flow (I've taken P1 and P2), the music and the darker lighting. I feel lighting is so important! I've been to studios with bright lights and I can't concentrate on my practice as much as the dimmer lighting...so thank you! I sit at a desk all day and when I work out, usually jog, so my body has been very stiff and after three classes I've already seen a change. The hot yoga has been great for my body, but also good for my spirit. Also, the people at the front desk are very pleasant and always smiling. The studios and locker areas were clean. Thank you for the hard work.
