Is easy to park and the couch area is amazing. Today I took Marks class. I've taken that class with many different teachers in L.A. and San Diego and this one was special, strong and full of inspiration.

The strength training yoga class is EVERYTHING! If you're not exactly a yoga enthusiast this class is perfect. It's the perfect mix of weights for strength training, enough yoga to introduce you to some moves and gets you more acquainted with yoga and the music is great and keeps you motivated all of this while your sweating out a small lake in this heated room. It was Great!
All of the teachers are so encouraging and I leave every class feeling uplifted even if I maybe had a tough time getting through that day.

There is a variety of classes every hour that you offer to fulfill people's schedules. The teachers are always friendly and on top of their practice and guidance. I personally can't wait to be an instructor at core power I recommend it to everyone looking into yoga.
