Clean and friendly
The class schedule is perfect. CorePower Yoga has classes scheduled every hour for the various levels and variations which makes it easy to try them all. My first class was Sculpt Yoga with Dulce as the instructor (Barranca location). She's an excellent instructor, she does not rush the instructions and her music is perfect not too loud that you are not able to hear clearly what's coming up next. As new student (although I've taking yoga classes in other places) it is important not to get discouraged for not being able to keep up with the class. I got to say, I never took a yoga class where hit and humidity were provided therefore a little concerned I was not going to be able to handle it, but it was just fine. I felt I had a complete worked out. I went home took a shower and slept like a baby. I'm on my free week tryout and I still have to try the other classes. I definitely recommend Corepower Yoga to anyone who's never tried it.

I appreciate that there is always plenty of equipment as well as fresh materials for rent. The staff is so friendly. The studio feels like a comfortable warm home.

I like the variety of classes available throughout the day at many different times so I can always fit something into my schedule. I also like the studio in general- it's clean, spacious, and has a great ambiance. I like every class I've taken at corepower.
The teachers are great.
Love the instructors and the studio! However, I must mention that recently I have noticed the floors of the studio not clean ( sticky) . I'm not saying, this is always, but I have seen it more than once.

Core power yoga provides the best workouts compared to other studios in California. The heated rooms allow to dive deeper into the workouts and the levels and various types of classes allow to challenge the body to the next level. I feel amazing and feel I'm doing something good for my body and my mind. I had a friend who I saw her transformation by taking your classes and wow what a difference I saw in her physique. Her results were proof that your services and products are ideal for the body. With my positive experience with power yoga in Dallas, Tx your products and services fit exactly what I was looking for that are closely related to what I had that transformed me.
