It is so contvitent since you guys have class all day and many locations in OC. It gives you no excuse to miss the class. I really noticed your classes improved my strength and flexibility. Instructors never push you too hard but motivate you not to give up soon

This is the studio I enjoy the most. They have 3 different studios for more availability and more classes.
