The facility and the instructors at Corepower were great! I enjoyed yoga and will be returning as a new client after my first free trial wk. Love the tranquil music, lighting and heating.
Matt did a great job introducing me to my first class. Demonstrated and provided adequate instructions w/o overly talking too much during the hour class. Provided feedback and corrections when necessary. He also provided encouragement. Thank you!!
