Great facility and atmosphere, the studio is kept clean with plenty of amenities/equipment available for use. The classes themselves are great for breaking a sweat and increasing mobility/flexibility of one's body and mind.

OMG!! I just LOVE the Woodbridge studio!!!!! The instructors are fantastic and so encouraging. Love that the schedule allows for doubles. Very welcoming feel and always clean. A special shout out to Whitney, Chelsea, Candice, and Alaura. They all inspire me to work hard and push through the tough zones!!!

I've been going to corepower for almost 10 years and LOVE everything about it! The studios are clean, the instructors are awesome and the variety of classes and studios make it accessible at all times! Definitely recommend CPY to everyone!
