The classes are challenging but everything is able to be modified for individuals skill level. I always feel challenged and motivated during class and so fulfilled and strong when I leave the studio. And all the teachers are so welcoming and friendly. I’m officially addicted to CPY!

I really enjoy the welcoming environment and the ability to meet everyone where they’re at, whether it’s their first day of yoga or they’re a yogi expert, it’s inviting to everyone. I also love the schedule of classes because it offers classes many times throughout the day, so it is easy to fit into my schedule even when I’m super busy.

I like that there are varieties of classes at different times.
