I love the woodbridge studio and the bootcamp classes are the best! They really help my body push past plateaus and the instructors are all motivating and caring

I like the broad variety of yoga offerings accessible during the day. The schedule is very convenient allowing me to do my yoga practice when I want--either morning, midday, or evening. The staff is always friendly. Every session I learn something new and deepen my practice. The energy in the room from the class is electric!
The class has no enough room
Always an amazing journey when I hit the mat with Corepower! I know its the combination of amazing instructors, ambiance of the room and the facilities as a whole that keeps me coming back. Even after years in operation, the changing rooms, restrooms, and studio remain fresh and welcoming and definitely not overcrowded.
