Love that you had 3 classes the morning of Christmas Day to choose from since so many women are Moms who spend so much time preparing for the day and can't fit in their exercise those days before and really want to start the day off right while the rest of the family sleeps. A gift to myself!!!
The entire staff is always so friendly and inviting. I love the daily share before each practice. I love the personal music they put together - it's like they really put a little more effort into mixing it up and making it personal than just a 'commercial' every day generic studio. Thank you!

The Woodbridge location is beautiful! It feels very serene and the community here is amazing. I took a class with Supriya and she made me feel welcome the moment I walked in the door. I would recommend this location to anyone, especially anyone visiting or looking to try a new studio. It definitely exceeded my expectations and I am planning to come back.

Ashlyn is a great teacher and I really enjoy her practices.
Shawna W is hands down one of the most reliably amazing instructors. She guides you into a headspace that you may struggle to achieve with less experienced and naive instructors. I love her classes. I also love this studio. It’s my favorite of all the OC locations. We just need to focus on better hygiene in the locker rooms. That’s my only gripe. Thank you n
