I have taking Karly and Soheila’s classes, both are excellent teachers! They really make you feel welcome as well. The space is neat and clean and I love the merchandise. I have been singing the praises of Corepower to whomever will listen.
I like to do different variations and there are lot of options and times so that you can choose. I prefer the 3:00 and 5:00 since I am a working mom
Most of the teachers are good and they positively encourage you.
For me the positive environment in these sessions encourage me to come to the next class.

The instructor was very good. A but hard to follow and learn all of the lives as they change so quickly. The hot room was tough if you haven’t done it before.

I like the Woodbridge CPY Studio because it’s
clean, has a good variety of classes, feels safe, and has ample parking.
The Woodbridge location is always calming the moment you walk in the door. The team is so kind and helpful. Ashlyn and Pauline consistently host challenging and unique classes that I always look forward to.

Ashlyn Is the BEST yoga instructor for those who want a good yoga flow that combines strength, flexibility and most importantly mobility.
