The instructors here are the best! I love the different teaching styles and the welcoming atmosphere. My favorite studio in the county.

Nice studio, good instructors, I especially like the accommodations like the shower and locker access.
Schedule is always the same every day. Please change it up. There are no level one classes offered in the morning on any day. Also the studio gets way too hot when the class is supposed to be non heated. There is no air circulation. If there is a fan the instructors never turn it on. I don't quite get why it has to be so hot all the time.
The heat aspect would make me not want a long term membership.

I love it here. La Mesa happens to be home right now, so I tend to do more classes here, I feel comfortable here. Favorites are Luciana, Damon, Kathi, Amy P. But I've never had a bad class, thank you!

The teachers I have met have all been great. The classes are easy to keep up with but also has a good level of difficulty to keep my body moving.

I really like how the studios and schedules are set up. I've also enjoyed every class I've taken and every yogi that's guided us.
