Great class
All 3 teachers I've had so far were warm and welcoming. I like the formulaic yoga with variations method of yoga in the classes I attended. Since I knew what would come next I could concentrate on my form and adjustments and breath instead of having to scope out what the teacher was doing constantly. I'd give it score of 10 if the price were just a bit more accessible for a mom of 5 kids with so many expenses already. The schedule was perfect and the studio clean and lovely. So nice that it didn't smell like a place that does hot yoga. Well done!!

I would absolutely recommend CorePower La Mesa. I've been going for about 5 months, all of the instructors are so welcoming. Always kind, especially when I clearly have no idea what I am doing! Thanks for being patient with me! And the bonus is, my lower back is so much better! Yay!

The studio it's self is very clean and offers all the amenities a girl could want to get going after class. But the staff is definitely what keeps me coming back. They honestly care about you and your practice. Everyone is so approachable and kind.
