First and foremost, Cici does a wonderful job of running the studio. Her energy creates a vibe that is very welcoming and seems to unite everyone who walks in the door, instructors and students alike.

The studio just had a new thermometer put in, which seems to allow instructors to increase the heat and humidity in the classes. This is something that I felt could have been improved on in the past as I've actually gotten cold in classes that aren't heated enough.

Great teachers

CPY has a great structure both with classes offered and the teachers. Personally I feel $20 a class is expensive for yoga and I return to pay this because I know what to expect. I happen to like heated yoga but it's not great for women's skin pigmentation wise and I need to limit heated yoga for this reason, so I like the flow and warmth of C 1.5 and wish CPY offered more C 1.5 classes.

You're very cool on many levels. Nice, caring and knowledgable instructors who are down to earth. Each is individual and tries to connect on how yoga can help physically and spiritually on a daily basis. Yogis practicing at different levels and differing ages don't feel intimidated.

Love to see more classes mid morning and early afternoon., ie., 11am (before the lunch rush) and 1pm...

Grace was a great instructor. I came to Corepower a couple years ago and came back and want to stay because of the incredible teachers like Grace. I will definitely become a permament client of Corepower yoga in Encinitas. Thank you for an incredible experience!

You are lucky to have the best yoga instructor at Core at the Encinitas location. There are a lot of good yoga instructors but Grace Na's classes are head and shoulders above the rest. If you had her teach some of the other instructors on how to instruct a class, you would be the most popular yoga studio in Encinitas and in Core Yoga as a whole. She brings a true yoga energy to her classes and people seek her classes out as a result.
