My first time visiting your Encinitas Core Power and I felt right at home. It was nice and relaxing, no pressure. However, I live in Clovis, CA. My sister lives in Cardiff, and she goes to you regularly, when she can, so she had me go once with her while I was down there for a visit. I enjoyed it. Thank you for welcoming me. Everything! Your instructors are great. Chelsea has an all around amazing class. I live in Point Loma, but make the drive to Encinitas when I can to take her class.

The team was amazing and very hospitable and the class was definitely a bit kicker. Meghan taught the sculpt class and as my first yoga class ever I got my drench on!!! I'll be back for sure. I was a guest of Mike Smith's.

Lots of classes and locations

EVERYTHING. The people, the culture, the diversity but yet similar structure of the classes. I'm quite honestly addicted to CPY. I tell everyone I know about it. If there was an ambassador program, I'd probably have the most referrals out of just about anyone I know. Thank you for ALL that you do CPY team! You have changed my life in more ways than I knew were possible. I don't know where I would be in life without CPY.
