I will advocate for more Core Restore!! Especially at the Encinitas location (it used to be 2 nights a week, now it is only Friday nights).
The one thing that is a bit frustrating (and why i could not rank a 10) is that classes too often get cancelled for Teacher Training. It's understandable that this is an important offering for folks who want to pursue this training, but there are many more people who pay a large monthly fee to attend classes - at the time that works for their schedule - and it's quite a bummer when classes are cancelled for this reason. TT should be scheduled during open studio times, to the maximum extent possible.

Great physical activity and guidance and phenomenal customer service.
Julia was very welcoming and knowledgeable. She had a passion for her practice and her students! The studio was well kept. I would recommend more than one C1 class in a day.
I love the vibes from all the instructors and the practices and sequences were guided through. It's very uplifting. AJ and Parke were phenomenal in my last two classes taken. I enjoyed it very much. And I definitely plan on reactivating my monthly plan. Thank you for everything.

The people are awesome, the instruction is awesome, the vibe is great, it's all good. You all push me further than I can do on my own and I love that. I love working on being more centered and balanced. I love the workout from sculpt and the breath work and focus of C2. I just love going to yoga at the studio. It's a service I don't mind paying for. Love you guys, and gals! :)

The instructors are excellent and telling us exactly what muscles to use and iscolate during the session so that we are always engaged and the workout is both relaxing and strenuous
