The teachers are so nice and welcoming. I can come to my mat without judgment, if there is a pose I don’t know or am struggling with, I get proper care and attention from whoever is teaching. The classes are so unique, yet easy to follow along.
Colleen is a fantastic teacher! Definitely a challenging class.
I really enjoy the vibe of the people at this studio! And even if it seems like there is not much parking you can find it in the parking garage around the corner
