Best instructors in the world!

Core Power Yoga in Hillcrest is my home studio. It is small - one studio, small changing space - and often crowded, giving it a level of unsurpassed coziness and community. I feel welcome and supported at this little studio and it is one of the hubs of my life. In addition, the quality of the actual practice is very high. The instructors who teach the classes I am able to take - Joanne, Heidi, Noelle, Forrest, Nikki, my dear Luciana, Amelie, Christy - are absolutely superb, each offering unique, challenging, expert classes laced with supportive commentary, yoga wisdom, humor, kindness, and enthusiastic encouragement. I consider myself very fortunate to be part of the Hillcrest Core Power community.

Eryka is AMAZING. I've been taking her classes for years, and she is one of the most supportive instructors I've ever had! Her intentional and kind approach is adaptable to any practice, and I have continued to feel challenged and nurtured by her flows as my own practice has evolved. I am so grateful for Eryka on and off the mat :)
