I love Yogi Dave!

He’s very knowledgeable and makes the class fun. He’s very descriptive when he describes the poses which makes it helpful for people to get into the pose better or Make their alignment better when they’re in the pose.

I also like that he offers alternatives to poses and Demonstrates them.

I loved that puts a lot of thought and effort into the theme of the class from the music played to the description the uses. I found it very thoughtful that he gave everyone in the class a card that matched the picture he had up in the front of the room that was a reminder of The theme of the class.

The class is a meditative workout that leaves you feeling great. Just the right amount of challenge and soreness after. Luciana is an incredible instructor! Looking forward to my next class!

All is wonderful except parking

I felt very welcome. I sweat alot and I didn't feel insecure about it during the session. The young lady allowed me to go through the practice with my shirt off and nobody felt uncomfortable. I will totally tell others

Luciana is a fantastic teacher! she always has a beautiful theme and her sequences are intelligent and challenging in just the right way!

Small class size and the quality of the instructor

I love the Hillcrest studio! Great apparel, I always find good deasl and the instructors are the best.

The studio is always clean and inviting. Each teacher I've had class with has been friendly and helpful.

Instructor and her coworker were very welcoming, friendly, answered and explained all my questions. Very motivating.

The instructor I have taken since I came back (Emily Lynch) is awesome and makes you feel welcome. She is also extremely professional and helpful.

The instructor was very sweet and the studio was clean. If I could change one thing, it would be for the studio to be darker and the music choice to be better.

Side note, I accidentally did a review on the Mission Valley location that was meant to be for Point Loma.
