Best class in as long as I can remember with Sarah K. Every detail was so intentional and considered. Was both so arduous AND so meditative and healing. The music. The cues. The language that she used to shape our experience and consciousness. I am beside myself with how meaningful an hour it was. A true gift. My soul feels cleansed. I'm already signed up for next week's session. BRAVO
The classes, space, and teachers are great. I also appreciate the locker room, showers and products available as I shower after class before I go to work.

Great studio and good class variety. The mirrors are always really dirty though. Everyone is friendly and I love the teacher who's C2 class I go to. The only letdown is she always asks for people to say if they don't want hands on adjustments, yet after 3 of her classes she never actually does adjustments for those who would want them.

It was everything I needed, and nothing that I didn’t need. The hot yoga session I had with weights was super challenging, I fought, psychologically and physically. But at the end of it and for the next two days up until now, I feel terrific from that one, one hour experience. Much respect to the people who hit that class regularly.
