It’s a whole body work out. I love Sandra’s sculpt class. I always leave sweaty and happy.
It's been a decade since I've gone to a heated yoga class, and years since I've been to an in-person yoga class. This was very accessible and welcoming environment albeit crowded since it was a free community class. The instructor was very welcoming and I felt safe to listen to my own body while sweating through the discomfort and personal thresholds of getting back into yoga poses in general. So much fun and I am thankful and excited to experience more of the CorePower Yoga space and community.
I LOVE CorePower! The sculpt classes are my favorite. 
I like them when they aren't blistering hot though, warm is great otherwise it can be too much with the intensity of the class. 
Jess Modzeleski and Eiley Morrison are my favorite instructors, they are both SO good. Jess's class is always blocked off on classpass though. Thats my only qualm is I wish sculpt was more available at popular times on classpass. 
Otherwise, Im a CorePower lifer.

great but not enough sculpt classes at all three locations and need more classes on weekend when people are off and want to do yoga
Michelle has really improved the studio and the classroom experience. It seems the classes have gotten even better than before and the new heating elements are fantastic.

This class was good because the music the teacher chose did not have any lyrics and it was not played loud.
Everyone is friendly, helpful and kind. The facilities are very clean. The sequences of the asanas along with a heated studio gives a complete energy release of mind, body and spirit. At the end of class I am happier, walk straighter, feel younger. Corepower is the best
The courses are challenging but the teachers are supportive and encouraging. My body is already responding, feeling stronger and more centered. The heat allows my body to open up and the stiffness of my muscles and joints is diminishing!

The quality of the instuctors is excellent! The room is so cozy and warm. I always look forward to to my yoga classes at Core Power.
The community is great. The teachers are knowledgeable and the classes I have attended have all been great. Beyond that, I frequently leave the studio feeling uplifted by the energy in the room.
It’s a lovely studio and the instructors have been really patient and knowledgeable.

I’ve been going to CorePower Yoga for the past five years, and I can honestly say—it’s become a core part of my lifestyle. I’m especially obsessed with Yoga Sculpt. It’s intense, challenging, and somehow so gratifying every single time you finish a class.
The Southeast Portland location is my go-to. It’s consistently clean, the bathrooms are spacious, and I love that they even have spray available in the restroom (a small touch that makes a big difference!).
The instructors are incredible—super friendly, attentive, and really supportive. They don’t just guide the class; they’re present and helpful, watching your form and encouraging you if you’re struggling.
I’ve tried CrossFit, Pilates, and Bikram yoga—and while they each have their strengths, CorePower Yoga is simply the best. It gives you that full-body burn while still helping you stay grounded and in tune with your mind, body, and soul. If you want a workout that challenges you and transforms you, this is it.
