It was a very welcoming and encouraging studio.
The instructor was amazing! Amazing flow and direction. I'm fairly new to the Yoga practice and didn't know what all the move/postures/positions were called but didn't really need to because she placed herself in the room so I could hear and see what she was doing. It was probably the best Yoga class I have ever been to. Returning next Saturday and most likely ongoing. Thank you!
Corepower yoga is reliable; I know what to expect from instructors, but it's never boring.

Sandra is a solid teacher. Her class is consistently well balanced. I also appreciate that she keeps the temperature at an anticipated level between 95 - 99 degrees. In another instructor's class, the temperature has been around 104 and it has been too hot.
