I love the workout, the instructors make it fun to work out, and even though you end sweating, you don’t feel like it while you are doing it!

I absolutely love Andy P and Jessica's CP2 classes. Andy is really knowledgeable and has helped me deepen my practice. Jessica is a fun outgoing energy that's uplifting and brings joy to the practice and the group. :)
The instructors are wonderful. They push you hard to help you gain strength and they cheer you on from start to finish. They are innovative, friendly and truly make it fun.

The quality of the instructors and classes have been pretty amazing. I feel like I can go to any class/instructor and will be able to get a great workout. It is clear there is a lot of love and dedication to making this location high quality!
The squad at the NW location have been very accepting and kind since I started yoga there two years ago. I went from being a total pandemic era mess - super unhealthy, physically not fit, stressed, even more overweight to being able to hang during intense sculpt classes. It has been a fun journey and CPY NW has been a great support/community. You all rock it so hard and I appreciate the time and dedication everyone has put into making this studio shine.
Now on to really focusing on becoming a trophy wife… kidding. Maybe not kidding!
I love all the instructors and classes offered! After every class I feel a little stronger and more empowered then before.
I do have one minor complaint. I never want to take a Sculpt class that is near max capacity ever again. Not because the size of the class, but because there is not enough small weights under 10lbs available. I had to constantly make modifications and either the weight was too much and started hurting my shoulders or I would go without a weight and had no resistance. This is the only class where I left frustrated and like I hadn't accomplished my fitness goals.
I love all the classes and teachers here at this studio! I am seeing results from my investment and commitment to CorePower Yoga. I finally love my body for its ability to move and push itself beyond its limits to get better results. I’m grateful for the SET program opportunity as well as scholarships available to become a teacher! Thank you for existing and showing up for us yogis

I love that each instructor is supported to be their whole self and bring their own style! I always know what sort of energy to expect from each instructor with each format. It keeps things exciting, and helps me be intentional about how I challenge myself when I choose a class each day.
Corepower had the right amount of heat and Al the instructors are perfect in their own way. I am guaranteed a good workout regardless of instructor style. Everyone is so nice.
