They have a variety of class types and times, truly HOT yoga and everything you need to shower and get back to your regularly scheduled programing. MUST TRY.

The Northwest Studio is my favorite studio in the chain . The Manager Michelle H stays on top of things and the roster of good teachers is large.

What a great studio! I was visiting Portland and dropped in for a C2.
Catherine's class was challenging and her cues were spot on.
The studio has a high ceiling and two of the walls are all exterior-facing glass, providing wonderful natural light.
Next time I hit PDX, I'll be in for another class!

Jessica is my favorite instructor because she educates and corrects my poses, and that feedback is why I love in studio classes! I wish all of the instructors would be like her in that way!
