Michele's classes are amazing. Very well-sequenced so that it is challenging but also the body is prepared for the peak pose. It takes a lot of skill to do that!

Samuel was the best yoga/fitness instructor we have ever had. Such a warm wonderful spirit. Made us feel welcome and led a brilliant workout experience with ample layers for the variety of fitness levels within the class. We will definitely be back. Samuel is a star and a true asset to your team.
