Friendly welcoming staff. The only inconvenience is that you need to bring a lock for the lockers. I sometimes feel it is easier and more secure to go to the gym where I can lock all my stuff in a member-card locker (put the card in and get the key/return the key and get the card back).

Your sculpt teachers are incredible.

One of the best yoga classes I’ve taken. Very well paced. I loved that my instructor came around to correct postures. I felt very comfortable and encouraged. I will definitely be going back!

Solid presentation and workout. Does not make yoga "a religious experience" or as occasion to discuss mental health/crisis topics. but presents it as a healthy support to your life.

Yes, I would recommend it to friends and relatives. The only thing that hole them from joining it right away. They said that the class costs too much and everything are too expensive....

Other then that, I like it very much. It helps me refocus my stresses and day to day routines.
I want to thank to the team effort that inspired me to come to class everyday for my workout.
