Miss there being a 6 or 7:15 sculpt class on Monday and Wednesday. These are both key times for working professionals and nice to have sculpt as an option.

Staff is always very friendly and encouraging. I'm just starting to get back into yoga and sometimes I can be a little hard on myself but the instructors are good at correcting form and reminding me to listen to my body and what it's telling me.

I miss the old teachers , schedule and music. I miss the special events such as candle light yoga , yoga with DJ. I used to love heading to the studio now not as much anymore. I can't say why exactly. Studio has different vibe.

I love that I can experience sculpt with different instructors. I also love the community at Core Power . Whether that is the members who frequent the same class as myself or the teachers remembering me, it's nice to have a place where faces are familiar.

The classes are great and the studio is clean. The Ladies locker/change area smells strongly of mildew or mild near the lockers next to the mirror. This might need to be addressed.

The minute I enter CorePower I always feel so welcomed by the staff!! This studio is extremely well managed with knowledgeable instructors. There are plenty of class choices to pick from any time or day of the week!
