I like the yoga teachers and the staff. They are all very knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing is that they do not have enough men’s yoga gear. Besides that EP location especially feels like home as compared to bigger core power locations in Minnesota.

Variety of classes and times

I like that you offered classes on a holiday and your schedule remained the same for the day after. Knowledgeable, experienced instructor on both days. I like the light in the space. The instructor did her best to get rid of the sweaty smell left by the previous class.

My daughter and I are doing a one week trial. I have done 3 classes and my daughter has done 4. I was not so sure about the high heat at first but I think I am rapidly acclimatizing.
Overall, it has been a very positive experience so far. During the class today, the music was a bit loud with a lot of lyrics so I had a hard time hearing the instructor well. I thought it may have been my older ears (age 59) but my daughter said the same thing (age 20).

This studio is amazing!! The instructor was so welcoming and phenomenal!! It’s a great space and the schedule ensures there is always a class being offered, whether early in the morning or late in the evening! Loved the experience! Namaste!

Core power in Eden Prairie is like a community of wonderful people with similar agendas: feeling whole, sharing conversations, and having fun while benefiting your body. Every time I go I feel happy and joyful.

I was staying at the Hyatt so this is very convienent. The class was fun and everyone was really nice.

Transforming Classes

Hot power fusion

I love the EP studio. Lindsay and team do a really nice job of welcoming everyone--as do other students, which can be rare.

Having a pretty hectic work/travel schedule, it's hard for me to commit to a specific series of classes week-to-week so it's important to me to have a good base of options and I feel like EP does. Most of the instructors are at the top of their game.

I do wish there were more C2s or even C1.5 classes in comparison to Sculpt for the regular 9-5 crowd. I also feel like more could be done to discourage people talking in the studio before class - it can be distracting and hard to get into the right mindset. Whispering is fine--some studios go way too far the other direction. That said, sometimes people are outright shouting across the room. I know it seems like the anti-thesis of creating a community so I can appreciate that it might require a creative solution.

Really loved the class and the workout. I left feeling energized and that I had gotten a good workout in!

Friendly and competent instructors

Took a yoga sculpt class. Heat was great, energy was awesome, and the instructor even gave us cold scented towels at the end. Loved that.

I think the place is a very clean place with friendly helpful instructors.
