Anna H's class was the absolute BEST! I came into class feeling very tight and sore - her class was not only an amazing stretch but was the perfect combination of upbeat and relaxing, with a lovely energy and vibe. The playlist was fantastic. The cues were right on point. I left feeling a million times better than when I came in. I don't normally go to the Eden Prairie studio, as I live in Mpls, but I will come back to take Anna's class anytime!

I love the teachers, the yoga classes and the community, and the heat. I really like when you offer special workshops and classes like the recent "Try" with Strength, Sculpt and C2.

I loved Kaia’s sculpt class. She had a great playlist and the sequence was challenging, straightforward and helped me get a great muscle building workout. I liked her positivity and energy too.

I love the early morning 5:30 am classes. It affords me the time to take care of myself as well as get to work on time. Thank you for bringing this time back.

Natalie is a consistent, solid instructor! I love that everyone in this location remembers who I am and speaks to me by name.

Nice warm room and friendly teachers!

The instructor had a really nice cadence. Allowed for movement and intensity without going too fast. Demonstrated only when needed but was very clear in her cue-ing. (I’m a former instructor if that provides some context). I’d definitely go back.
