I discovered CorePower while my dad was recovering from major surgery. I was up at all hours of the night taking care of him and CP became my refuge to come and do something for myself. And shower! (The shower was kind of taken over by him at our house) and I’ve been going ever since. I live in Brooklyn but I started going at EP because my parents are in Bloomington

The studio is very clean, the staff friendly and enthusiastic. I took the Yoga Sculpt class with Angel twice. Angel was encouraging, energetic, and always gave different ways of accomplishing each series of moves.

I am wondering if the CPY Eden Prairie MN could have the 8am weekday classes start at 730. I work and have to leave early most days . A 730 am start would be very helpful Even 745 would help. Thank You!
