I like the sculpt classes.
After getting the courage to enter a yoga class, being very new to the practice, I was overwhelmed with the welcoming, excepting and encouraging environment I experienced at CorePower. I needed to take some time off due to an injury and when I came back again….I felt like I was in the best place my heart could be.

Lindsay's sculpt class is top notch, the perfect blend of yoga and fitness. Her exuberance and depth of knowledge combined makes class fun and educational. I always learn something about myself and my body in her classes.

I am a long time CP Yogi, Eden Prairie is my home studio, I know most of the instructors and feel like this is my home and community. I like that I have choices with my membership and can go to any Corepower Studio, but I also appreciate that each studio has it's own personality and community. Special mention to why favorite instructors: Angel, Amy W, Lisa, Wendy, Lindsey, Stacey. They help me be strong, grounded and healthy.
Super classes. And instructors. Would like to see some time change on some of the yoga sculpt and the new class to later in the day. 4:45 PM and 3:45 PM are classes that are not realistic to take when you work until 5 PM.
