I like the type of yoga classes you are providing, the pace (level 1, starting the sequence slowly and increasing the pace gradually is just what I need), I also like how muscles are engaged without making accent on muscle training. And the most important for me is that I don't have to go through online checking in and prepaying before the class, it's super easy to drop in to the class spontaneously.

It has changed from previous years where things was dirtier and the instructors weren't as committed or friendly. also, the instructors didnt push us and could see they were adapting to our pace instead of just sticking to the class routine
