Such a great arm balancing class! I really enjoyed the way both instructors used a combination of cuing and demoing various arm balances. They did a good job of moving around the room and providing assists also!

The instructors are incredibly kind and I love the hands on learning! The locations are clean and comfortable too!

I took an advantage of the free week pass and wanted to check out as many classes as I could but at the end I was only able to do 4. Each class was different and with a different instructor. I had an excellent instructor for the C2 class and so so for the sculpt class. But over all I was happy with the studio and its stuff and likely getting a monthly membership.

It is so easy to drop into a class and the classes are consistent from one to the next, so you know it is always going to be good!

I’ve been going to the Glover Park location for years and this era of management has been my favorite. The whole place has such a friendly atmosphere now - there’s no cliquey high school vibes and I never feel like I’m imposing or anything like that. All the teachers are super knowledgeable and really enjoy what they do, and the classes have been great!
I would like to see more hands on adjustments, though.
