The teachers are amazing. They support you through and through, while always making sure you are challenged. It's never boring or routine. The workout is effective, and I love how I feel after coming here regularly for 3 months.

The class and venue were great. However, It's a little pricey. The mats being charged to use was a surprise.

Instructors are great, facilities are clean!
The class I took was wonderful. The pace was rigorous and engaging, and the teacher, Julia Last name removed, made personalized, hands on assists that were really helpful. Julia set a great tone at the beginning of the class, emphasizing the importance of both physical and mental focus during the poses. I left feeling both calmed and energized - amazing!
