Everything was great at Falls Church studio.
I love all your instructors, but usually the rooms are not hot enough for the classes. Especially for HPF, you want the room to be hot and steamy, 🤩 but it never is (regardless of instructor). Is there something wrong with the room heating device?

The instructor Sheila was engaging and made sure when I was feeling like giving up, she help push me with encouraging words. It was Hispanic heritage month and she made sure to give some in site in the history while proving instructions in the class. I really like that there was a fundraiser going on for a local charity.Definitely will be coming back with Sheila, I highly recommend her.

It is a safe space. The teachers are calm, patient, well trained, and very helpful

The Falls Church studio is really clean, and makes for a much better studio practice experience. I appreciate that the teachers and set team takes cleaning and sanitizing very seriously.

I'm coming back to yoga after a few years away and feel right at home at CorePower. The instructors are terrific--welcoming and easy to follow--and the atmosphere is friendly and chill. I like the well-equipped dressing room and the spacious studio.
