Everyone is very friendly. I appreciate the high-end feel to the studio, but I also enjoy that there is no snobbiness in the community that attends the studio. I like the selection of classes, and appreciate the heated studio options!

I love how clean and welcoming the studios are. Having a wonderful bathroom/locker room is a wonderful benefit.

The variety in the sequencing of the C2 class. The music. The encouragement to set intentions. The small class size

I love Yoga Sculpt and C2 Yoga. It's challenging but fun. I love Ahmed, Jen, and Alexis. Fun playlists and great instructors.

The classes are challenging, dynamic and effective - I love the balance of a workout/athletic pace of yoga with the mindfulness and breathing that instructors incorporate. The studio is always very clean and well stocked.

Challenge of the workout, instructor quality

The instructors and staff are very kind and thoughtful and want to provide the best experience possible. Not only that, but they know the ins and outs of yoga, and work to help you create your practice into the best that is for you at that moment. Over the past few months since I've started going, my practice has grown leaps and bounds, and I'm addicted!

The instructors are all very competent and seem to truly enjoy what they do. There's a variety of techniques and styles with each instructor, but I feel as though I get an excellent workout with each one. There's also a lot of attention paid to posture and emphasizing the correct poses, which is very helpful and maximizes my workouts.
