I like the convenience of your locations. I have a CPY right next to work and close to home which makes me more able to go on a regular basis.

The frequency of classes.

The Yoga Sculpt class is absolutely amazing!

Clean, modern facilities with nice locker room/shower. Teachers and classes are challenging. Classes are on par with other places I've been but the facilities are much nicer. Also a large variety of times for classes. Appreciate that there is a 6 AM class every day.

I love that there are so many options for class times. If I'm planning on going to one class after work and I get stuck in traffic, there's another one within 30 minutes that I can take, and that is awesome.

Ultimately, the style of yoga is ideal, and I have been looking for this style in Northern Virginia for the past several years. In addition, the studio is well-designed, new, clean and provides many amenities (showers, shower supplies, etc.). The teachers are fantastic.

Yoga with weights class and candlelight yogs

I got hooked on core power yoga about a year ago when I was on leave in the Midwest, and have only been to the falls church location once. I love the look and feel of the lobby/location overall, as well as the studios it really is what has drawn me to the brand. I also appreciate the dim lights vs the bright white walls and fluorescent lights I find at other studios it's a much more inviting and calm space for me .

The facility was immaculate. The staff was very nice and I enjoyed my class very much.

I appreciate the accessibility of the studio- all of the employees care and are eager to help! Thus far I have taken classes with Ahmed and he is such a wonderful teacher- best sculpt instructor I've had by far!

Frequency and variety of classes.

The workout is great, this is the only yoga I've been able to get hooked on. Its so much fun and such a great calorie burn as well. The staff is also amazing, I've never felt intimated, even during my first visit, everyone was welcoming and friendly and eager to help you reach your yoga goals!

Lisa, the instructor was the best yoga teacher I've had! She's amazing and provides easy to understand instructions.
Also, locker rooms are very nice!

Sculpt class and schedule. It would be nice if you added cool scented towels at the end like other studios.

Parking; class availability

Very friendly staff and available parking.

The free week with complimentary mat and towel on the first day is a great start for beginners such as myself. The exercises are adjustable to different difficulties based on experience.
