Lovely studio!

I think the facility is clean, bright and inviting. I think the instructors at the Falls Church location are top notch.

I like how friendly/genuine everyone who works here is. Truly got warm vibes from every single person I met that works here and I feel like I met a lot, if not all of the instructors. I used to go to a different studio, very close by, and I always kind of felt like I was walking into a high school clique that I was never cool enough to be apart of (however, there were a few instructors at this studio who I did love and did not make me feel this way). Overall, never really felt fully comfortable there. I didn't feel that way at CorePower so that was nice. Instructors were great in the actual classes, wouldn't mind being 'critiqued'/repositioned more in class because I know sometimes my form isn't right but I don't know exactly what i need to do to change it. Love the music in the yoga with weights class, probably my favorite aspect. Love the size of the rooms, would be disappointed if the classes started getting over-packed with people. Giving it a 10/10 because once I make enough money I will definitely get a membership here (I did the free week). Only recommendation would be more abs! Maybe even a class dedicated solely to abs/core if possible!

It was very welcoming and I felt comfortable even though it wasn't my regular CPY studio! I had a great practice and will make sure to come back next time I'm in town.

Excellent facilities and instruction and very friendly staff.

The teacher was very friendly and helpful. I like that she went around the room to adjust people's poses because I'm often unsure if I'm doing a pose correctly and getting the most out of it. Keep up the great work and service!

Clean studio, good work out, great instructors.

I love the Power Sculpt class and the 6:00 pm time slot. Plus, I love the variety of time offerings.

Top of the line teachers. All good. Never a hit or miss. Also, very nice clean studio. Never feel gross in the bathrooms!

awesome instructors, beautiful facilities

I thought the studio was beautiful, clean and calming. The ladies locker room was spotless and roomy. The class was one of the better classes I have taken recently. Very strenuous, great total body workout but didn't leave me feeling totally wiped out.

Tara was a wonderful instructor and kept me smiling the whole class! It was both challenging and energy boosting!

times of classes

It is a fun and welcoming way to do "warm" yoga that makes you feel like you got a good work out. I used to do Bikram but find this to be a better overall experience.

Schedule. Plenty of classes through out the day, across all class types. Nice facility, although women's changing area is small. Studios are nice, plenty of equipment and adequate space.

I really like the flexible format -- one hour classes, the ability to pick any class on the schedule instead of being locked in to a specific class or series, etc.

great training and customer service

The atmosphere is always very pleasant and calming. Had an AMAZING class with Diana, she really coached us all in the proper positioning, breathing and focus of each and every position. I learned so much and never felt that amount of soreness (good soreness) from any one workout. I learned that I had jus been going through the motions until this class. Loved CorePower prior to and this class but after having a better understanding Diana has me obsessed. Thank you to Diana!!! WOW
