Great instructors and great schedule

First time at core yoga. Intense but awesome. I felt so great after.

The heat! I only go to C2 classes because i like the flow, just wish there wasn't the 'core' in the middle to break it up. The last class i attended had no heat...it was broken. The reason i go to corepower vs. other yoga studios is due to the heat so was a bit dissapointed, but the instructor was still amazing and did the best she could without the heat.

Clean, uncluttered studio, clear instructions during the class, mix of cardio, strength and core work during class, easy free parking, clean bathrooms, lockers

I am in a trial week and have done two different classes- Sculpt and Yoga 1 (candlelight) and both classes were great! I love that there are varying levels of intensity so I can do a more low key option on a day I’ve worked out or am more tired and the focus on core is amazing. I have done yoga at various studios over the years for drop-ins in different places I’ve lived. I was so appreciative and impressed with both teachers as someone who is not super experienced. They are very good at directing you for positioning and breathing and were very welcoming. I feel more relaxed this week than in months and I attribute it to the yoga! Lavender towels after one class were so amazing. New raving fan of CorePower. I go to a bootcamp gym around the corner and already have a pricey membership there but will definitely be getting class passes as I need CorePower in my life!

Jacinta's class was amazing! I haven't done Corepower in a long time and this reinvigorated my love for the class. It was challenging in all of the best ways. I hope she comes back soon!

Corepower really helps in reshaping my endurance and weakness due to sedentary work. Place is nicely designed and is well kept. I highly recommend this establishment.

Clean & great instruction

We tried several different classes; the first one was too fast, the second one was good, the one we tried today beginner's class by Karen was the best. She explained the moves clearly so that we can get the positions correct; she also stayed afterwards to answer our questions. We really appreciated she took time and effort to reach out to us. Definitely will want to go back to her class to learn more.

My mother and I, Phebe Gray, really liked our instructor Karen. She gave us concise, effective, and professional instructions during the class and provided helpful tips and guides such as how we should breathe and keep the flow.

I like the different teaching styles of each instructor I feel like it’s not always a repeat of workouts whether I go to the same instructor or a different one. I also LOVEEE the atmosphere, great energy!!

Great instructors, excellent management.

I LOVE RINI! She is an amazing manager and the best teacher ever. I don't know how she does it! She is warm and kind, and I can call her a friend. She asks about my life and family, she knows the cadence of my life style and health choices, she is supportive and encouraging and always makes me smile.

Mina and Sheila teach a great class and truly get us to the breaking point. Highly recommend to everyone who want to get an amazing workout in!

The class was challenging (in a good way). The instructor was mindful of the participants and helped some, including myself, get back on track with the exercise without disturbing the whole class. The exercise was broken up well, and the heat was a factor, but not so hot that you were going to pass out. I would recommend this class to a handful of friends and family members. I plan to add this to my monthly workout routine a few times.
