Good people/teachers. Welcoming environment. Classes are consistently challenging. CPY teachers find a way to accommodate various experience levels in the same class; classes challenge experienced yogi's to grow while at the same time teach less experienced students without being intimidating.

I love the heated yoga sculpt class. It is one of the best classes I have done. I also like the convenience of being able to show up for a class and not have to book it online prior.

The teachers understand and value every student's individual journey in yoga. The schedule is amazing and fits any and all schedules. The classes themselves are challenging but bring a sense of peace and calm to each student after class. This studio truly is a community of dedicated and loving yogis!

I love the modern décor in the lobby area and locker room. The instructors whose classes I have experienced have all been very good at walking us through the steps.
