Great class. I liked the timing of it and that I could pop over after work. A 4:30-5 a class would be ideal but this worked well and the instructor was great

Great teachers - Jim for Yoga Sculpt, Carmen for Core Restore, Kitana for Core Restore, and Liz for Hot Power. I would like to see more core restore classes and more hot power fusion classes at the Streeterville location.

Everyone is always very friendly and welcoming here. And this c1 class teacher in particular is warm and supportive.

One suggestion is to clean the area around were the heat comes from it’s been 2 weeks and iam still looking at a dust area !

Also would love to see that those blocks get sanitized ;)

I love the kindness of all the instructors, I am bias for Christina because she is a friend but she’s amazing and her classes are so fun. My body felt great afterwards!

Tessa is great and really enjoy her restore class.

I like the community aspect, but specifically, my Streeterville studio is well managed, clean, and I have taken great classes there with knowledgeable instructors. I also really like the C2 level of heat.

I really enjoyed Liz's class! She's an excellent instructor with a lovely, supportive, and calming presence. The sequencing was outstanding and her cuing was perfect, allowing for modifications and making all levels feel comfortable and confident. The space is pleasant, and I'm sure the next time I'm in Chicago I'll stay at the same hotel just so I can easily access this studio! Thanks for a great experience!
