It's always an environment that feels accepting and non-judgemental. Even when the class is very diverse with skill level, if you need help you can expect it and if you're a veteran you can expect to be able to advance your skills as well. When I came back to yoga in March 2014, I was not feeling well physically, mentally, or emotionally. I was so nervous that I would feel intimidated by super-fit yogis and end up feeling even worse, but that could not be further from the safe, nurturing environment I found. I tell everyone to join!

You've created an inviting and energizing environment at CPY-Streeterville. I live conveniently between Streeterville and Gold Coast and definitely prefer the Streeter studio. Great instructors and dual studios provides a great mix of classes / schedules as well.
