This location is spacious and the instructors are good. There are always a lot of people in the classes, but I see this as a source of positive energy for my practice. I really enjoyed the C1 I went to on Thursday 5:30pm.
I was in from out of town and my first class was free as was the mat rental. Really friendly staff and great facilities!

I simply love the Streeterville studio for myriad of reasons. It seems incredibly well done most likely due to the professional management, is extremely convenient as far as location and class times go, and I simply love all the instructors for their personalities and guidance. It has a great environment and I'm lucky to be able to go to this studio!

The temperature is always set right to give me an awesome workout. I love 75 min HPF class that Adam teaches. The Sunday 11am sculpt class with Jeremy is the best class that challenges me physically.

Is different from other Yoga classes *the sauna and the weights and music make it completely enjoyable

I have been going to the streeterville location since it first opened. I love the instructors and Linnea does a great job as manager. She incorporates fun ideas (blind-folded yoga!) and listens to student feedback. Student appreciation night is always such a nice touch too. The studio is clean, welcome and friendly. It's my favorite core power studio in Chicago and I've been to many locations!
